BOOTS & GRAPES TOURS S.L asks you to read this document in detail so that the conditions that are understood and accepted before making the payment for the trip or services contracted . The reservation of any of the trips included in the web page or the programs of BOOTS & GRAPES TOURS S.L supposes the total acceptance of these general conditions of contracting.

The contractual relationship between BOOTS & GRAPES TOURS S.L and the client is governed by the present general conditions, and by the trip technical sheet detailing its final content.

These general conditions will be governed by REAL DECRETO LEGISLATIVO 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the LEY GENERAL DE DEFENSA DE LOS CONSUMIDORES Y USUARIOS and other complementary laws, (BOE 287 of 30 of November 2007), and other current provisions.

The client has the obligation to check the documentation received by BOOTS&GRAPES S.L., and any questions in that regard must be notified before the starting of the trip.

The client will be responsible for the information provided in the reservation form. BOOTS & GRAPES TOURS S.L is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from the introduction of false or incorrect data by the client. If the client requests a specific or customized trip, different from those proposed on the website, they will be subject to a specific reservation and cancellation policy that will be sent by the agency in each particular case.

ORGANIZATION

The technical organization of the trips included on the website or in the program was made by BOOTS & GRAPES TOURS S.L, C.I.F: B94168598 with registered office at Travesía Viñas third, 5 2 B, CP: 36163 Poio, Pontevedra, Galicia Spain. Online travel agency duly registered with the Tourism Agency of Galicia.

Our online travel agency has a mandatory civil liability insurance as established by law. All our trips include an Assistance Insurance during the days of the trip.

Cancellation insurance is an optional service that the client can contract when formalizing the trip.

MANAGEMENT AND RESERVATION:

1.- Once you have completed and sent the registration form, the client must make a payment of a deposit of 20% of the total price of the trip, as a confirmation of the reservation, and as a management, non-refundable . Payment of the deposit will be made within 7 days after receiving the information of your trip or tour and provided it is within 61 days of departure.

Your reservation will be canceled if we do not receive your Reservation Deposit (non-refundable) before the expiration date.

The Reserve Deposits (20%) are not refundable and neither are they transferable under any circumstances.

2.- You must inform us of the payment by sending an email to tours@bootsandgrapestours.com. The reservation will not be considered as firm until we have received the registration form and the confirmation email of the 20% reservation deposit payment (non-refundable).

3.- PAYMENT METHOD: You can make the payment by bank transfer, directly through the web, credit or debit card, or by Paypal.

4.- CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION:

Once we have received the registration form and the deposit of 20% of the reservation, as management we will send you the communication of the formal reservation. The deposit will be charged to the final price of the trip.

If the agency can not offer the requested tour or trip, the deposit will be returned to the traveler. Once the Customer has completed and submitted the registration form to BOOTS & GRAPES TOURS SL, only the customer will be responsible for the accuracy of the data, and BOOTS & GRAPES TOURS SL, is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from the introduction of false data or incorrect by the client.

5.- REMAINING QUANTITIES: We will contact you 60 days before the trip or tour, invoice and proceed to pay the remaining amount of the trip.

to send the rest, 80% of the payment must be paid 60 days before the start of each trip or tour or on the date of expiration indicated.

If, on the other hand, the client does not deposit the money on the date indicated, the place will be canceled, and the conditions established for the customer's withdrawal cases will apply, applied only to payments in cash or by bank transfer.

Payments by credit card will be 100% at the time of confirmation of the service. You can hire a trip less than 60 days in advance, in which case you must pay the total amount of the trip requested.

 

INCLUDED AND OPTIONAL SERVICES:

The services included and optional, or not included, will be perfectly specified in the program of the trip or tour. Program that BOOTS & GRAPES TOURS will send you after the payment of the reservation.

Any optional excursion or accommodation that we have reserved for you outside the indicated on the trip or tour, are not included in the price of the trip or tour, you must pay both the corresponding (non-refundable) reservation deposits, as well as the entire of the costs of these extra services separately, of the reservation deposit and the price of the tour or trip.

The request for any extra service will not be reserved until the payment of the reservation deposit (non-refundable) of the trip or tour in full. Reserve deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer or consumer may withdraw from the services requested at any time, will be subject to the following conditions of cancellation must know and accept.

But if cancellation occurs 60 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the amount of the trip or tour will be refunded, except the non-refundable reservation deposit (20%).
